Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

What City Sort collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you stay in control.

  • No account, no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email or contacts in the game.
  • Your progress stays on your phone. It is not sent to us.
  • Analytics are off until you agree, and ads are personalised only if you agree.
  • You can change your mind any time in the game's Settings.

Who we are

City Sort ("the game") is made by QEVARON Games, the games label of QEVARON Technologies LLP ("we", "us"), 806/8, Signet Hub, Near Akshar Chowk, Mujmahuda Rd, Akota, Vadodara, Gujarat 390012, India. We are responsible for the information described here. Questions or requests: games@qevaron.com.

1. Information kept on your phone

Your levels, stars, coins, bricks, your city, your settings and your privacy choices are saved in the game's storage on your phone. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in Android's settings, deletes it.

2. Gameplay analytics

If you allow it, the game sends gameplay events to Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies), which processes them for us. Nothing is sent until you agree.

  • What: levels started, won and failed (with moves, stars and time), helpers used, extra moves bought, tutorial steps, buildings built, districts finished, daily rewards claimed, ads watched and purchases made. Unity adds technical details: a random identifier for this installation, device model, Android version, game version, language and an approximate country.
  • Why: to see which levels are too hard or too easy, find where players get stuck, and improve the game.
  • Your choice: the first time you play, the game asks. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this is Google's consent form; elsewhere it is our own question. You can change your answer in Settings at any time ("Personalised ads & stats", or "Ad privacy choices").

3. Advertising

City Sort is free and supported by ads. Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies), which works with the ad networks Google AdMob and Unity Ads. To show an ad and to count and protect it, these companies receive information from your phone: its advertising ID, IP address, device model and Android version, basic app information, and how you interact with ads.

  • Personalised ads, chosen using what ad partners know about your interests, are shown only if you agree. If you don't, you see non-personalised ads, which still use some of this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, and prevent fraud.
  • US privacy laws: turning personalised ads off also tells every ad network not to sell or share your information for targeted advertising.
  • Your advertising ID can be reset or deleted at any time in Android's settings (Settings, Privacy, Ads).

How our partners handle information: Unity, Google.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases (removing ads, coin packs) are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. We receive a confirmation of what was bought (the product and an order reference) so the game can unlock it, and Google Play lets you restore purchases on a new phone.

5. Crash reports

If the game crashes or hits an error, it sends a technical report to Unity Cloud Diagnostics so we can fix it: the error and where it happened in the game's code, the game version, device model and Android version. Reports contain no game progress, contacts or personal content.

6. Who receives information

Unity Technologies (Cloud Diagnostics)Crash reportsWhen the game crashes

We do not sell your information, and we share it only as described here or when the law requires it.

7. Legal bases

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent for analytics and personalised ads; on performing our agreement with you for purchases; and on our legitimate interests in delivering non-personalised ads, preventing fraud and fixing crashes.

8. Children

City Sort is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you, withdraw consent, or object to how it is used. Withdrawing consent takes a tap in Settings; for anything else, write to games@qevaron.com and we will reply within 30 days. Because the game has no accounts, tell us your device model and roughly when you played so we can find the records. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. How long we keep it

Information on your phone stays until you delete the game. Analytics and crash reports are kept only as long as they help us improve the game, within the retention periods of the Unity services that hold them. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.

11. International transfers

Unity and Google process information in the United States and other countries. They protect it with safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the game if the change is significant.
