Terms of service

• City Sort is free to play. Optional purchases remove ads or add coins.
• Coins, bricks and other in-game items have no money value and can't be cashed out.
• Purchases go through Google Play, and its refund rules apply.
• Play fair, and enjoy it.

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and QEVARON Technologies LLP ("we", "us"), which makes City Sort ("the game") under its games label, QEVARON Games. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or tools that alter how it works, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

3. Coins, bricks and other in-game items

The game uses virtual items such as coins, bricks, hints, undos and unlocks. They are part of the licence to play: you don't own them, they have no value outside the game, and they can't be exchanged for real money or transferred. They are stored on your phone, so they are lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data, except purchases that Google Play can restore (such as removing ads).

4. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the game before you buy. Purchases are final once delivered, except where Google Play's refund policy or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If something you bought does not arrive, use "Restore purchases" in the game's Settings, or write to us.

5. Ads

The free game shows ads from our advertising partners. Some ads are optional and give you rewards for watching; rewards depend on the ad being completed and available. Buying "Remove ads" removes ads that play without you asking; optional reward ads stay available if you want them.

6. Fair play

Please don't interfere with the game, its ads or its services, try to get items or rewards you haven't earned or paid for, or use the game in a way that breaks the law. We may stop providing the game to anyone who does.

7. Ownership

The game, including its code, art, sound and music, the City Sort and QEVARON names and logos, and everything else in it, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights in them beyond the licence to play.

8. Changes to the game

We keep improving the game, so features, levels, prices and items may change. We may also stop offering the game; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice.

9. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that progress will never be lost. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or in-game items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
