Email games@qevaron.com. It helps if you include your phone model, Android version and the game version (shown at the bottom of the game's Settings). We read and answer every message.

Progress

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone. City Sort has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to. Your progress stays as long as the game is installed.

I uninstalled the game, or got a new phone. Can I get my progress back?

Unfortunately not: progress lives only on the phone where you played, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it. Purchases are different: see below.

Purchases

I bought "Remove ads" but I still see ads.

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases, with the same Google account you bought it on. "Remove ads" removes the ads that play between levels; the optional ads you can watch for a reward stay available if you want them.

My coins didn't arrive.

Close and reopen the game with an internet connection; Google Play delivers pending purchases on the next start. If they still haven't arrived, write to us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund from Google Play under Google's refund policy.

Ads and privacy

How do I change my ad and analytics choice?

In the game, open Settings. Turn Personalised ads & stats on or off, or, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, tap Ad privacy choices. The change applies straight away.

How do I ask you to delete my data?

Write to games@qevaron.com with your phone model and roughly when you played, and we will delete the analytics data we hold for that installation. Data on your phone is removed by uninstalling the game. Read the full privacy policy.

Playing

A level seems impossible.

Every level is checked by a solver before it reaches you, so there is always a way through. Try Undo to step back, or Hint to see a good next move.

The game feels slow or my phone gets warm.

City Sort runs at 60 fps, and eases off by itself when your phone is warm or low on battery. If your screen supports it, High frame rate in Settings makes motion smoother at the cost of more battery. If it still feels slow, tell us your phone model and we will look into it.
